Thanksgiving Scripture: Last 2 Days

Since the Open My Eyes Thanksgiving and Gratefulness Scripture Challenge is 30 days, I have 2 last passages to share my thoughts on with all of you. I hope you’ve enjoyed the past few weeks of my reflections on these scriptures and that you’ll consider doing a thankfulness prayer and Scripture Challenge to enhance your happy and healthy adventure. 😊❤️

Colossians 4:2-6

Sometimes prayer is difficult, especially if you are in the midst of a struggle. But continue to push on and use prayer to help yourself, but also use prayer to acknowledge and be grateful for everything you’ve been given in life. Pray for those who can’t pray for themselves, for if we pray for them, God will help those individuals seek and find Him. Lastly, act in ways that God would be proud of, for He is always watching over us and we are people of His word.

Psalm 116:16-19

Each one of us is put on this Earth for a higher purpose; it is serving our world and God in some way. I believe my higher purpose is to help children educationally  through God’s eyes and ways. Be thankful that you have a purpose on this Earth, even if it may not be clear to you now as to what it is. Be grateful for your life that God has given you, and know that you exist on Earth for a reason.

Hallelujah!
