Parts 5 & 6: The Vulnerability Armory

These parts are about how we hide and don’t show vulnerability because we’ll be perceived as being weak if we do so. My notes take a look into the benefits of vulnerability-so remember to be vulnerable on your happy and healthy adventure! 😊❤️

  • Enough is the OPPOSITE of scarcity
  • Idea of “we are enough” allows us to free ourselves of our armor
  • Acknowledge your gratitude
  • Stay open to joy in order to practice gratitude 
  • Gratitude is the antidote to foreboding joy
  • Practicing GRATITUDE is how we ACKNOWLEDGE that there is ENOUGH and that WE ARE enough
  • Be grateful for what you have
  • Perfectionism doesn’t lead us to our gifts
  • Perfectionism hampers achievement 
  • I AM ENOUGH 
  • We have to be willing to acknowledge our flaws
  • Our worthiness only comes when we live our story
  • We can’t selectively numb emotions
  • When it comes to anxiety, we ALL struggle
  • We have to believe we are enough to be enough and set boundaries
  • If we want to fully experience love and belonging, we have to believe we are WORTHY
  • It’s not what you do, it’s WHY you do it
  • Love and belonging are impossible to experience without vulnerability
  • We have to give ourselves a break and practice self-kindness
  • Be present, pay attention, and move forward
  • Working to stay open and keep boundaries is worth the energy and risk
  • When we stop caring about what people think, ability to connect. If we let others thoughts define us, we can’t be vulnerable
